The object
The Encore ESP Pro adds finer control to Baratza’s accessible Encore platform. Its stepless adjustment lets you choose positions between the fixed clicks of the Encore ESP, which is useful when small changes in grind size affect espresso flow. The adjustment range also accommodates pour-over and other brewed coffee methods.
An integrated flow-control disk, anti-static technology, and auto-stop grinding address the daily handling of beans and grounds. A timer adjustable in 0.1-second increments supports repeatable doses, giving this model a more flexible workflow than the simpler Encore models.
