The object
The 9Barista Mk.2 uses stove heat and a patented twin-boiler path to produce water at a specified nine-bar pressure and 93 degrees Celsius. The selected Standard non-induction version includes the appropriate heat-transfer plate and a 53-millimeter tamper.
A typical recipe uses 17 to 20 grams of coffee and yields roughly 40 to 45 grams in three to six minutes from cold. It is compact and pump-free, but makes one double shot at a time and offers less pressure control than a manual lever.
