The details
Decent's Puck Rake uses fine stainless-steel needles to break clumps and move grounds through the full depth of the basket before tamping. The contoured wood handle supports deliberate circular stirring without a frame around the portafilter.
The 0.4-millimeter needles are replaceable, extending the useful life of the handle when one bends. This simple manual design is flexible across basket sizes, although consistency depends on the user's stirring pattern and depth.
