DISK Fine XL Reusable Filter

The object

Able’s DISK Fine XL replaces disposable paper in an AeroPress XL filter cap. Its fine perforations give the larger brewer a reusable metal-filter option, with a 304 stainless steel construction and a stated diameter of 2.83 inches.

Metal filtration changes the brewing and cleanup routine: rinse the disc after use and keep the small openings clear rather than discarding a paper filter. The XL size is important here. It does not replace the standard-size disc used by the smaller AeroPress, and the listed price covers the Fine XL configuration.
