The object

Dark Roast Profile is a separate packet formula intended for the deeper flavors of dark-roasted coffee. One packet treats one gallon of distilled or reverse-osmosis water, and the selected box contains twelve packets.

Choose it when dark-roast brewing is the regular use and a fixed profile is more convenient than mixing mineral concentrates. Keep it distinct from the Classic, Espresso, and Cold Brew packets, since their intended applications differ.
