The object

Each Classic packet is mixed into distilled or reverse-osmosis water to create a repeatable starting point for brewing. This configuration contains twelve packets sized for one US gallon each, using magnesium sulfate and calcium citrate.

Choose this profile when light-roast filter coffee is the main use. It favors a packet-and-shake routine over measuring individual mineral salts. Match the packet to its stated water volume rather than dividing it by eye.
