The object
Stagg EKG Pro is built around controlled pouring and repeatable water temperature. Its narrow spout supports a deliberate pour-over technique, while the counterbalanced handle helps manage the kettle’s weight. The 0.9 L capacity is suited to individual brews and smaller batches.
The Pro model adds scheduling and adjustable temperature holding, with selectable 15-, 30-, 45-, or 60-minute holds. Temperature can be set from 104°F to 212°F. This listing uses the standard matte-black Pro configuration, rather than the more expensive Studio Edition or optional wood-handle finishes.
