About this coffee
Grown by smallholder farmers in the Upper Wagi Valley of Papua New Guinea’s Western Highlands, this coffee reflects a strong connection between quality, community, and the land. Cultivated at 1,600 meters under natural shade, the Kuta lot is fully washed using a careful three-stage process, producing a clean, refined cup. Beyond the cup, Kuta supports its farming community through education, coffee seedling distribution, and profit-sharing programs. Sustainable practices, including water treatment and composting, help protect the environment for future generations. A thoughtfully produced coffee that brings together the character of Papua New Guinea’s highlands and the dedication of the people who grow it. Tasting notes: Root beer, cranberry, lemongrass
