Grown at Finca El Placer in Quindío, this lot is meticulously hand-harvested with a focus on peak ripeness, then depulped the same day and fermented for 24–36 hours before a careful wash and controlled drying process. The result is an exceptionally clean and expressive cup. Expect a delicate floral aroma layered with caramel sweetness and bright citrus notes, supported by a silky body and refined acidity.
