Experience the exemplary light roast Pink Bourbon coffee from Jhoan Vergara and his team at Finca Las Flores in Huila that earned us a 2026 Good Food Award! This sweet & complex coffee showcases the innovative Thermal Shock method developed at the Beneficio Peñas Blancas mill. Now through October 31, we're donating 10% of all online Colombia coffee sales to a relief fund with Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia (FNC) to provide direct financial support to the communities impacted by the earthquake as they rebuild and recover.
