About the roaster
Devoción
Devoción builds its identity around a simple distinction: freshness starts before roasting. It sources Colombian coffee from producers working in active harvest, then dry-mills the beans at its Bogotá facility, controls export, and flies them to Brooklyn rather than leaving green coffee in extended storage.
