Ritual Coffee Roasters
Ritual pairs exacting light-roast coffee with a deliberate effort to make specialty coffee less forbidding. Founded by Eileen Rinaldi on Valencia Street in 2005, the independent, woman-owned company began buying directly from coffee farmers in 2007.
