The selected base configuration includes the instrument, NIST-verified report, protective jacket, pipettes, cleaning pads, and VST CoffeeTools software without a syringe-filter bundle. Filtering remains useful for espresso and metal-filtered coffee when particulates or gas would disturb a reading.
