The object
OXO's 9-Cup model automatically adjusts brew time and holds water between 197.6°F and 204.8°F. Its double-wall thermal carafe includes an internal mixing tube intended to keep concentration even from the first pour to the last.
A dial and display provide batch selection, a wake-up timer, and a freshness indication after brewing. Unlike OXO's 8-Cup model, this machine is centered on carafe batches rather than direct brewing into a travel mug.
