The details

Switch adds a controllable drainage valve to a glass cone dripper. With the valve closed, coffee and water can steep together; opening it releases the brew through a paper filter into the vessel below. That makes it possible to combine immersion and pour-over steps in one recipe.

This listing covers the 02 configuration and its corresponding paper size. It suits someone who wants to control steeping time without moving to a separate French press. Check the cup or server fit and use Hario’s assembly and cleaning guidance for the valve and silicone base.
