Ode Gen 2 Brew Burrs

The object

Fellow's Gen 2 Brew Burrs use a two-stage cutting geometry intended to balance clarity, sweetness, and body across light through dark filter roasts. The 64-millimeter stainless-steel pair is the burr set installed in the current Ode Brew Grinder Gen 2.

The set gives first-generation Ode owners a direct route to the newer grind profile without replacing the grinder. Installation requires opening and recalibrating the grinder, so owners should follow Fellow's procedure and remember that Ode remains a brew grinder rather than an espresso grinder.
