The details
Behmor 2000AB Plus offers a drum-roasting format with a manufacturer maximum batch of one pound. Pre-programmed profiles provide a starting point, while manual controls let you adjust the roast and drum speed. A viewing window and interior light help you follow the beans as the roast develops.
The smoke-suppression system and automatic cooling cycle are part of the machine’s home-roasting design. Sweet Maria’s notes that smaller batches can provide more control than filling to the maximum. The linked $479 offer selects the machine without a coffee sampler; review the retailer’s current stock and Behmor’s operating instructions.
