Grown between 1,550 and 1,800 meters at Finca El Hato in Guatemala’s Fraijanes region, this Maracaturra is processed using the natural method. The cherries remain intact throughout drying and are regularly turned to promote even drying and prevent spoilage, allowing fermentation to take place within the fruit surrounding the seed. 150grams (5.29oz) - Whole Bean Only Each coffee is roasted to order.
