About this coffee
Blanca Ligia Riascos has produced an exceptional Gesha from one of the more remote growing regions in Colombia: Nariño. In the cup we find lovely florality, citrus, and peach.
Processing
Hand-picked at peak ripeness. Floated to further remove defects. De-pulped on the day of harvest. Dry-fermented for 48 hours. Washed. Dried on raised beds until moisture content reaches 10.5%.
