Finca Anaya is a family-run farm in Acevedo, Huila, led by third-generation producer Sergio Darío Aranda Gómez. Drawing on more than fifteen years of experience in coffee, Sergio has developed a highly controlled approach to fermentation and processing, using precise time, temperature, and recirculated fermentation liquids to shape distinct sensory profiles. This washed Wush Wush reflects that approach with a bright, clean cup layered with tropical fruit, citrus, florals, and caramel sweetness.
