About this coffee
Our signature espresso blend. Typically 3 bean. Always seasonal, versatile, and delicious. This espresso blend contains: Ethiopia Bekele Kechara: A naturally processed coffee from the Bensa region within Sidamo, Ethiopia. Ethiopia heirloom 74158 variety. Guatemala Todos Santos: A washed process coffee from 55 members of the ASODIETT cooperative in Todos Santos, Huehuetenango. Bourbon and caturra varieties. Uganda Masha Kween Community: A washed process coffee from 200 smallholders in the Kween district near Mt. Elgon. The Masha station is operated by Sylvia Achebet. SL-14 and SL-28 cultivars. Tasting notes: Chocolate, Candied Orange, Taffy Candy, Amaretto We recommend grinding just prior to brewing... so whole beans will be shipped unless otherwise indicated in the ORDER COMMENTS section of the CART Summary page.
