Haunted Howler
About this coffee
This October, the espresso bites back. Every town has a coffee it trusts. In Nashville, that coffee was Howler: medium-dark, well rounded, and steady as a heartbeat behind the espresso bar. Then October came. Something crept into the roaster after dark, and the blend that came out the other side was... different. It still has the same deep body, and it still stands up to steamed milk when weaker coffees vanish without a trace. But now it's dripping with darkest chocolate, grape eyeballs, almond guts, and berry blood, and it's turning up in kitchens all over town wearing a face nobody recognizes. They said it was just a costume. They were wrong. Haunted Howler stalks 12oz bags only, and only through October 31. When the clock strikes midnight on Halloween, it slips back into its ordinary bag. Will it ever return? Nobody knows. Label art by Neal Russler. Neal's artwork is also a limited run of 18" x 24" prints, hand-numbered out of 35 and signed. Twenty-five are available online. Find one before it finds you.
