Pecan, Fresh Apple, Kahlúa-like Sweetness, Almond, Mellow Citrus A longtime staple of our early coffee program, Chiapas is back at French Truck! Produced by the GRAPOS Cooperative near the breathtaking El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, this Fair Trade Organic coffee showcases everything we love about great Mexican coffee: pecan, fresh apple, almond, and a touch of Kahlúa sweetness, wrapped in bright acidity and a smooth, candy-like finish. The resulting cup has a balance that is both comforting and complex. This year's crop is one of the best we've tasted in years, and we're excited to bring it back to the menu.
