About this coffee

This is a lot produced by 15 small producers from an association in Cauca. Most of them are part of Indigenous communities, and many are survivors of the armed conflict. Several of these producers have also been part of coca crop substitution processes, choosing coffee as a new way to build a livelihood and a future for their families. The lot primarily consists of the varietals Castillo and Colombia. For us, this coffee represents much more than a good cup. Behind it is a story of transition, resilience, and people who have chosen to build new opportunities through coffee in their own territories.
