ABOUT MORE INFO + PARAMETERS We taste beautiful Citrus flavors with Floral notes. Staying true to our roots, this blend is bright and glows with sweetness. The body of this blend is like syrup and the candy-coated finish lingers like a Minnesota goodbye. We're working hard on our end to create something crazy delicious, and now it's in your hands—a bit of patience and some effort will make this coffee explode with flavor and complexity. Current components, updated 06/2026: Colombia Washed + Kenya Washed At our shops, we have 20 gram portafilter baskets and generally use around 18-19 grams of ground Neon. We're usually pulling shots to 35-50 grams of liquid espresso. Our shots pull around 27-36 seconds. There can be some differences in these parameters depending on a few things: water hardness, water pressure, and brew temperature. These parameters might also change slightly from day to day, so it's important to taste and adjust often.
