About this coffee
This coffee is available as Espresso roast profile only. Pacamara is a hybrid coffee varietal highly regarded for its clean, vibrant flavors and stellar cup quality. A cross of Pacas (a disease resistant derivative of Bourbon) and Maragogype (a derivative of Typica known for its giant cherries that produce “elephant beans”), Pacamara is also immediately recognizable for its impressive size. This offering combines Pacamara lots from Enrique Posada and William Diaz, two standout producers with decades of experience cultivating coffee in the Chalatenango mountains of El Salvador. In this natural process offering, look for notes of cosmic apple, tangerine, & brown sugar.
