OMBLIGÓN DECAF • BIG DESSERT ENERGY Néstor Lasso’s Ombligón from Finca El Diviso in Huila, Colombia, brings exuberant cherry, raspberry, and rich cacao into a juicy, syrupy cup. With milk, think raspberry mocha and chocolate covered cherries, no syrup required. Meticulous mosto fermentation, thermal shock, staged drying, and sugarcane EA decaffeination make this an involved little masterpiece, and you can taste the care. Roasted medium light and perfect for lingering over after a holiday dinner, provided you haven’t finished it beforehand. Just one bag of green coffee secured for this very limited release.
