Our relationship with the Trujillo family began four years ago with a Pink Bourbon from Carlos Trujillo, who has been in coffee for over 50 years. He's since passed the farm to his daughter Paola, who built Patio Bonito around three guiding principles: food security, soil stewardship, and exceptional coffee. Experience: passion fruit leads with lively sweetness, subtle lime zest carries through every sip adding lift and clarity, and a delicate hibiscus finish rounds it out with refreshing florals and sparkling acidity.
