Stovetop pairs specialty-coffee precision with a playful cast of illustrated animals, giving the brand a loose, colorful voice without making the coffee vague. Its range moves between approachable blends and clearly documented single origins. Company Blend accommodates espresso, drip, iced coffee, pour-over, and additions such as milk or sugar; its components draw from Ethiopia, Brazil, and Colombia. Single-origin releases go deeper, detailing region, process, variety, elevation, tasting notes, and sourcing. Worka Chelbessa, for example, is a washed Ethiopian heirloom coffee from Gedeb with pear, orange, and rose notes, processed through a double-washing method at a station working with smallholder farmers. The offering also extends to coffee brewed hot and immediately chilled in shelf-stable cans, plus rotating subscriptions chosen by the roastery crew. Orders are roasted on Mondays and Thursdays, then shipped the following morning. A Fulton Street café in Grand Rapids complements the Ann Arbor roastery, where pickup, tours, and tastings can be arranged.
