Endgrain Coffee Roasters treats coffee as a flexible craft ingredient, equally at home in a pour-over, a nitro tap, or a brewery’s stout. Operating since 2015, the South Jersey business anchors itself with a flagship café in Pitman and a smaller Collingswood outpost. The café menu stays broad but focused: drip, pour-over, espresso standards, cold brew, nitro, and a cold brew slushie, with pastries and snacks that rotate regularly. Its nitro cold brew is charged with nitrogen for more than 24 hours, giving a technical edge to an otherwise approachable lineup. Beyond the bar, Endgrain supplies roasted beans in bulk, caters events with espresso and brewed coffee, and works directly with breweries. That program pairs chocolate-forward coffee with stouts, fruit-forward coffee with Citra-hopped IPAs, and tart cascara with sour beer—an unusually practical expression of the roaster’s experimental streak.
