Established in 2002, the Annapolis roaster builds a seasonal menu from 85-plus-point coffees sourced through producers and importing partners, then develops roast profiles and blend ratios around each coffee’s sweetness and character. That approach stretches from bright, light-roasted washed Ethiopian lots to medium blends built for espresso, filter, or cold brew, and even a deliberately intense dark roast—breadth without abandoning specificity.
Its Annapolis Roastery makes production visible through glass beside the café, linking the cup to the work behind it. Across cafés in Annapolis, Baltimore, and Bethesda, the brand extends that precision through food, seasonal drinks, and workshops. Wholesale partners get more than beans: Ceremony supports coffee programs with education, equipment service, and menu guidance.
