Chispa Blend
Watermelon - Orange Zest - Sugar Cane
About this coffee
Chispa combines two distinct Mexican coffees: washed La Perla from producers in Veracruz and Puebla, and anaerobic natural Río Verde from Guerrero. Río Verde undergoes a 36-hour anaerobic fermentation before drying. Together, the two processing approaches create a blend defined by fruit intensity, layered sweetness, and clean structure.
Processing
The technical panel says Anaerobic Washed. The description identifies washed La Perla and anaerobic natural Río Verde; component processes follow the explicit description.
